Market Watch is a monthly newsletter with up-to-date statistics for the Chicagoland residential real estate market.

Market Watch is a newsletter issued each month on the status of the residential real estate market in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. The numbers are derived from the MRED MLS approximately five days after the close of each month. This allows for all sales of the previous month to be recorded in the database. The year-to-date number of residential property sales transactions and the total dollar volume, average sold price and average days on market are calculated each month and are compared to the same time period one year ago. In addition for each suburban town and each Chicago neighborhood where our offices are located, the average sale price and market time is placed on a map of the greater Chicagoland area.
